The day before the server stopped, I asked the tech support question when I got the money back from the account and what would happen with the promised payment for 100,000. I received the answer:
Funds from the account of legal clients must be returned to the appropriate details, and to avoid stopping the servers - the promised payment was made. At the moment, due to the re-execution of many contracts, invoices cannot be issued. This advance payment will be written off only when everything is settled and invoices will be issued.
Today everything seems to be settled, invoices are issued, promised payments are not needed, and
clients, too . There is reason for joy behind CloudGate.
PS From the moment of the request to the support, about an hour has passed, apparently the reaction can only be expected in the morning.
UPD1 The promised payment appeared again.
