Google switched to TLS 1.1 / 1.2

Apparently, in connection with the release of Google Chrome 21, Google quietly, without any extra pomp, changed the TLS 1.0 cryptographic protocol, which has long been compromised , to TLS 1.1. After playing around with the Opera settings and disabling SSL 3.0 / TLS 1.0, it turned out that Google account authorization also works with TLS 1.2. PayPal and Facebook work tolerably well. But what Yandex, what Twitter, what Outlook.com so far, apparently, is not aware of the unreliability of the protocols and do not want to work under TLS 1.1 / 1.2.

PS I advise all Opera and Internet Explorer users to activate TLS 1.1 support in the settings, considering that most of the main services are already working with this protocol. Opera users do not recommend disabling TLS 1.0, because the Opera update server is not configured, apparently on TLS 1.1.
PPS Well, taking this opportunity, I say hello to the developers from Mozilla for a completely understandable reason.
PPPS It's clear that TLS 1.0 has not gone away, and Google will not disable it for now, given that in Android 2.3 the implementation of new protocols is not in principle. In Jelly Bean TLS 1.2 is at the system level.
