Almost all of us have ever watched the so-called "cool videos", or, God forbid, "flash" - cartoons. And some even sent them to unsuspecting acquaintances. Few people realize how dangerous such "toys" are! And, meanwhile, they excite dangerous thoughts in the cerebral cortex, and, moreover, can negatively affect a person’s peace of mind !!!
