Energy-saving lamps. Mini hack against "wink"

Recently acquired a huge 45 watt Camelion energy saving lamp. Here is this:

Put in the ceiling lamp, turned on - on! Turned off. Does not burn.
But in the evening, when the lights were off, the wife noticed that the “moraget” lamp every two minutes was not very bright, but it flashes regularly in the dark. Fearfully? And how!

In the morning I read in the instructions for the lamp that the switch must necessarily stand in the phase gap, otherwise because of interference with the wires on the lamp there is potential and it can flash for a short time.
But my switch was turned on according to Murphy's law - i.e. on the contrary, in a neutral gap (mistakenly referred to as “earth”).
What to do? I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel and take out an anti-wink device (c) . It turned out to be a large ceramic capacitor 1 microfarad * 630V, connected in parallel with the lamp directly in the cartridge.
Blinking stopped, all saved.
Suseki still store a huge number of such capacitors, if anyone needs in MSCs, I will give for free. Bulk cheaper.
