In Microsoft, there are 2 testers per developer each *. In Belarusian companies such proportions have not yet been observed, the average ratio of QA to Dev is 1: 5. But projects are constantly becoming more complex, and this ratio is changing.

Fact four, weekdays recruiter.
Task: to close 2 vacancies of QA specialists. Solution: within 3 weeks, 180 eligible candidates were selected. Of these, 43 expressed interest in potential work, 9 were interviewed. New job got two. No recruiter was hurt during the task.
Fact five, gender.
For 7 guys, QA specialists account for about 3 girls. Sometimes, other things being equal, employers give them priority, based on the belief that girls are more attentive, demanding and pedantic in life.
