But one unusual phenomenon was noted: the average cost of domains in the .NET zone exceeded the cost of domains in the .COM zone by $ 300. The cost of domains in the .NET zone increased by 50% compared with the previous quarter, despite the fact that it was not made particularly large transactions: the most expensive domain for this period was hot.net (56000 euros). The average cost of .COM domains, on the contrary, has slightly decreased, although this zone remains the unchanged leader in money turnover and sales (48% of domain transactions fall within the .COM zone, 15% by .DE, 6% by .NET and 5% - on .co.uk).
