According to Kommersant , two major suppliers of Apple devices, OOO Dihaus and OOO Marko, owed the Russian Union of rights holders more than 240 million rubles. This amount is 1% of the value of the goods imported into Russia, which are taxed by the Mikhalkovsky “tax on blanks”.
