We invite you to test the only in Ukraine Oracle Database Appliance solution
Dear community, we invite everyone to test the Oracle Database Database Appliance. ODA - one for the whole of Ukraine, brought by us as a demo at the beginning of the year. Thus, it is a unique complex that allows you to test the database on a live system. Brief infa about the equipment, as well as the opportunity to send a request for testing can be under Habrakat
In the announcement it was already said that such equipment is one in Ukraine. A few more words about the uniqueness of this solution, and why it will be interesting for the test:

• ODA is the only solution that allows you to license not all of the available processor capacity for an Oracle database. This means that any other solution assembled from components will either be expensive (due to the cost of database licenses), or have low power and require equipment changes over time, which is much more expensive. Unlike ODA, where, having received 24 processor cores at once, we can buy from 2 licenses and add them, increasing capacity.
• Complete database engine, in a cluster of 2 nodes and storage, with triple (!) Backup of data in 4 units. Thus, we add any application server and get a complete solution in 5 units.
• The shortest commissioning time - not 2-3 months (selection, purchase, assembly, configuration, debugging, etc.) - only 2-3 weeks, deploying the system (cluster, database) with almost one team
Please note that the equipment is involved in projects, so you need to take into account the schedule of workload.
