Paymentwall in Kiev has existed for 2 years, but recently moved to a new premises. The company's management was looking for a spacious bright room in the city center with a good view and traffic interchange, and as a result the team settled in the penthouse. From here there is a beautiful view of Lev Tolstoy Square and any employee, if desired, can work while sitting by the window.
All four offices of the company - in San Francisco, Berlin, Istanbul and Kiev - have a common interior concept, which was developed by the Turkish architect Ahmet Beykan. For example, the walls are painted in a corporate yellow color, creating a warm positive atmosphere, diskoboly is a mandatory attribute that combines the workspace with the party format, and a large coin is a company symbol.
The premises are divided into 3 common workspaces, 3 meeting rooms and a lounge area with a kitchen.
In one of the meeting rooms, the wall was covered with a special transparent paint “Idea Paint”, on which you can write with a marker during the meetings and it is easy to erase.
In other rooms glass is used instead of boards. All furniture ordered and brought from around the world. The office is open, the number of partitions is minimized, and even if there is a door to the room, the wall is transparent.
Each employee can become a chef for a day and treat the team to lunch. In this way the natural team building takes place and the guys discover new talents.
Lunches are held at a large square table, designed within the company and custom-made. In order to transform and revitalize the dining space, in the middle of the table grows a tangerine tree Gregory.
The LED panel in the lounge zone shows transactions that take place in the Paymentwall system in real time around the world. In order to create a light atmosphere on working days, music is constantly playing in the office.
