Quietly, under the guise of OS X Mountain Lion, Apple removed all information about the Safari browser for Windows from its website. In the program “Apple Software Update” the offer to install Safari is also missing. There were no announcements, notes, all in the style of Apple. The first test version for Windows was released on June 11, 2007.

When searching the site, the old information is still shown; when clicking on the link, there is only a version for OS X.

The share of Safari has been growing in recent years, it is unlikely that Windows support will affect this.

PS:
Something where have not had time to remove.
