The Eighth Yandex Cup has started

The Internet, October 8, 2007. Yandex begins the draw of the VIII Open Cup of Russia on search in the Internet. The total prize fund of the 2007 Cup is 1,249,000 rubles.
This year there are three cash prizes in the Cup. "The man who found everything" will receive an amount equal to one thousandth of the area Mirdalsyyokyudlya (in square meters). For the second place the prize is equal to the depth of Titicaca (in mm), and the third prize winner will receive an amount equal to the length of the Beautiful Swords (in meters). Figuring out the exact equivalent of each prize is an easy warm-up before the start of the game.

Games of the first round will be held from October 11 to November 1. The final will be held in December in Moscow. According to the rules of the competition, the winners of the previous drawings will not be able to take part in the final. The winner will receive the Cup, the title of "The Man Who Found Everything - 2007", national glory and the main prize.
