What are the established practices or traditions in your company?
Good morning.
Most of us work in IT companies. Some are small, some are large, but many of the companies have something motivating, something other than the work itself and the money you get for it.
For example, in one company, you can spend 20% of the time translating your ideas and ideas, complete creative freedom — with the goal of introducing it later into an existing product. In the other, awards are given for work submitted on time. In the third, every 6th sprint is given to the full ownership of the developers and they themselves create a product that is then handed over to the public. The fourth company sends the most talented developers to London. And in the fifth, everyone just collects things, rents a house in the mountains of Croatia and works as a team in nature. ')
