Right while reading a random blog on the web, when entering another topic I came across a message from my provider:

Rechecked - the remaining resources were functioning normally. The trip happened at 2:40 am (Moscow time). Through the European VPN - the resource worked fine.
He began to google hard, for he was completely confused about what could have interested the authorities in a personal blog to an unknown person with an attendance of 20-60 people / day who did not contain, at first glance, nothing illegal. Out of suspicion, all that remains is that the author often mentioned the use of weed and other soft drugs. A thought immediately arises - if a small unknown resource is blocked (it works only for a couple of months), it means that a certain automatic or semi-automatic filter has been developed. And if so, then the result of this filter should be noticed not only by me.
')
But what happened next doesn’t give any explanation at all - after a couple of hours, the blocking from Beeline (Corbina) stopped and instead of the blog, for any conversion, the Google page appears:

If, however, refer to the blog at the native address (third-level domain on blogspot):

I myself have several times been abused (and I’m sure it’s true) blogs on blogspot, but to no avail. Yes, and the recent post on Habré about the complete disregard of Google complaints from the official bodies of the Russian Federation agree with my view that at the moment Google does not consider this kind of complaints. How can filtering sites by the ISP and the hoster be related? It does not look like an accident - the Beeline blocking mechanism turned off too synchronously and the blogspot blocking mechanism turned on. Has the adoption of 89417-6 really changed everything so quickly and the operators were ready for this?
