New service to create collections of judicial practice
On Habré, most likely, there are not so many lawyers who daily turn to reference and legal systems in search of decisions and orders of courts in order to obtain explanations of a particular rule of law. However, all our services are developed not only for specialists, but also for citizens who can familiarize themselves with their rights and prepare to defend them in court.
This will help the new free judicial practice selection service . You can access it from the main page of the Pravo.ru reference and legal system. Please note that you must be registered in the ATP or in one of our other services, such as “ Card file of arbitration cases ”, “ My arbitrator ” or “ Calendar of court sessions ”.

The service is currently in beta testing, but now with its help you can create an unlimited number of collections of judicial practice on various legal norms, while using several articles of codes and federal laws as filters.
Thus, the service allows you to create collections that will include documents of the judicial practice of arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction , and share them with colleagues. To do this, you must specify the parameters you are interested in: what documents and / or articles should contain a judicial act. Additionally, you can specify which rules of law should not appear in the text. After you specify all the conditions, just click on the “create” button, and the service will display all documents that match the conditions. Then click on the icon in the top panel and enter the name of the colleague or friend with whom you want to share the finished selection. Your destination must also be registered.
Sorting by date and by court, as well as the ability to edit the conditions for the selection of documents of judicial practice and deleting collections are available in the work with collections. So, you can find judicial acts for a certain month or separately familiarize yourself with the practice of arbitration and soyuz. When new documents that meet the specified parameters, the service will add them to the appropriate selection.
We understand the need to use other filters and additional functions; moreover, many of them already exist and are currently being tested by our specialists. However, we decided not to impose our vision on you, but to continue the development of the service with your participation.
