We were contacted by the press service of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and expressed a desire to complete the story with questions to the former Minister Shchyogolev, who, to our regret, for more than a year did not find time to “chirp a couple of lines” to users of the site.

In this regard, we offer the following action plan:
