A couple of weeks ago, we finished exploring all the information we received about DropQuest 2012, and now we’re happy to let you know the results.

The total number of people who took part in the quest decision was about 500,000, of whom about 157,000 successfully passed the test. Our special congratulations to the participant with the nickname Natan F, who was the first to solve all the puzzles after spending 4 hours and 40 minutes. Nathan, your feat will go down in history! We also congratulate all those who received t-shirts and sweatshirts. Guys, you get your prizes in 4-6 weeks!

The first DropKvest was also magical, but this time we want to highlight a couple of things. We are really impressed that you were able to understand how to turn flags into music. You guys are just damn smart!

About the next Drop Quest - we have a couple of ideas. First of all, we are thinking about launching 2 different quests with different rules and, accordingly, with different sets of prizes. The first quest will be for those who just want to spend Saturday evening for solving not very stressful puzzles, but the second one is for you, our dear masochists, who are not too lazy to spend the night plunging headlong into mathematics and rocket science. Also, by the way, we will try to develop a system for jointly solving puzzles. You do use Dropbox itself to share information and work together, so why don't we do the same with DropKvest?
