This week, from 2 to 5 October, in Moscow at the All-Russian Exhibition Center the largest exhibition of computer and information technologies in Russia (mainly in the field of software)
SofTool-2007 is held .
It should be noted that the software, with all its diversity, is visually not a very rich theme (except, perhaps, for games). As it is problematic to attract and entertain visitors with banners and logos, which they have already seen, the participants of the exhibition are using a well-known technique to attract girls to work at their stands. These are spectacular stand-assistants, attracting people to “their” exposition, and promoters with a simpler look, running “in the field” to distribute promotional materials to visitors to the exhibition, and in a business-like manner strictly dressed female consultants, to whom many guests turn somehow more willingly, than to men.
I like this approach of exhibitors: not everyone is talking about boxes, megabytes, licenses, releases, etc. I immediately wanted to make a photo report about the exhibition with this ... mmm ... specifics. :-)
')
The main participant of the exhibition, as in the past year, was
1C , which arranged a large-scale exposition divided into “business” and “game” zones. The latter, of course, was spectacular. Since this year there is a continuation of the game "Four-wheel drive: UAZ 4 × 4", which is called "
Four-wheel drive 2: HUMMER ", the
combat UAZ on the 1C stand was replaced by "Hummer." Well, to the "Hammer" - 2 cute standistits:

But then it was even steeper.
On the other side of the booth, the guests were met by an elven queen like this:

It makes an impression live - personally I could not hold back the exclamation of admiration!
Next to 1C -
ASP Linux . However, I am not quite sure who still owns the stand: Usergate, 1C, ASP Linux and Acronis are visible on two running meters. That kind of seal. :-)

Small dealers of serious software had no time to invite spectacular models and promoters to their booth: they were talking with guests who showed great interest in their products. This is the
Eset booth (NOD32 antivirus):

and this is
Kerio :

The “
Consultant Plus ” exposition, although inferior in scale to 1C, looked quite impressive. Not without girls (I just want to add: “they keep all-round defense” :-).
RadiusGroup dressed their promoters in the costumes, stylized under the XVIII century. I don’t know what this meant in the context of “Softul”, but the ladies did not remain without the attention of visitors to the exhibition.
Cognitive Technologies - continuous positive:

The red color on the
ABBYY stand (the highlight of the program, of course, the new FineReader 9.0) was everywhere. And on the hair of their promoters (left), too:

In general, live girls ABBYY looked so that just die. Atas! It was possible to leave the exhibition only with the help of an effort of will.

But with this bright trinity (
microinvest.su ) there’s just a kind of mystic: I photographed them three times at different times (for the third time we’ve already met them, like my own), and the photos were still blurry. Apparently, from such a spectacle, the lenses of the camera slid into a pile.

After the third unsuccessful photo, one of the girls put forward a good idea: “If you take a photo with us, everything should be fine. True [a look at the ring on my ring finger], what will your wife say? ”What the wife says - decided not to check, publish the AS IS photo - it hurts the girls are colorful and pleasant to talk to. :-)
Richly presented at the exhibition and online software stores. Here, for example,
Softkey :

And this is
Allsoft.Ru , on the stand of which there are always crowds of people willing to take part in a quiz on licensed software. As you can see, things are going fine :-)

Also first heard about the store
Softway . It's nice that I heard from such charming girls here. :-)

And representatives of linuksoids are serious: it is necessary to promote the
Alt Linux 4.0 OS family:

Leaving the exhibition, a farewell glance at the "
Galaxy ": space and height are
empty :-)
