Question to knowledgeable people

Much to my surprise, I faced the fact that bookmarking sites such as del.icio.us and google.com/bookmarks do not provide banal, in general, functionality.

The main thing is what I lack in these pieces - unlimited (the more the better) the comment fields on the tab (so that you can use this service as a system of collective monitoring of a given sphere).

Maybe someone knows the bookmarks sites that meet this task? (Yes, well, and tags, of course, are required, so the “Yahuv” bookmarks do not roll in any way.)
