Some online stores belonging to the holding eHouse , began selling communicator iPhone Apple . Despite the fact that communicators are not officially supplied to Russia and it is not known when this will happen, it seems that they do not confuse possible conflicts with the manufacturer of the seller.

Almost immediately after the appearance, visitors left not too flattering feedback about the seller where it is possible . The visitors had quite expected questions: why the cost of the communicator is so much higher than the price of its sale in the USA and how a serious online store can engage in illegal sales of "gray" equipment.

Ilya Sakharov, head of sales of professional solutions for Maczone (one of the largest Apple dealers in Russia), commented on this situation: “eHouse stores are not included in the list of authorized partners of Apple IMC Russia, which is known to represent the interests of Apple in our country. Moreover, they are included in the block list, that is, they are prohibited from selling Apple products. This means that the specified goods were imported into Russia in a “gray” way and illegally unlocked. It also means that the seller cannot guarantee the correct operation of the iPhone.

At the moment, the iPhone is not officially shipped to Russia and the date for the start of its supply, as well as the conditions for retail sales are not yet known.

With regard to the possibility of claims from Apple, it is worth noting that despite the absence of its official representation in Russia, Apple IMC Russia, representing the interests of the vendor in our country, is closely monitoring compliance with Apple’s rights. Perhaps for some time the issue of illegal sales through eHouse stores will be ignored, although I do not think that such a large company like Apple will allow them to violate their rights. I think that this issue will be settled as soon as possible. It is also worth recalling that the iPhone software has been updated not so long ago, so that its hacking has become impossible. ”
