The first ASUS ultrabooks were good for everyone, but they couldn’t boast of productive graphics. The laptop, which is not a platform for modern multimedia applications, including computer games, is doomed to extinction update. Fortunately, non-gray laboratory mice come up with a new technique - users first of all determine the appearance. The “second version” of ASUS Zenbook received exactly what we would like to see in the products of this class. The ZENBOOK UX32VD is a 13.3-inch model with a third-generation Intel Core processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M graphics card. And Zen is a design for people following a certain style, embodied not only in the new model. But more about that further.


Ultrabook specifications have undergone significant changes. First of all, we note the appearance of a discrete NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M video card with a 28-nm Kepler graphics processor and 1 GB of video memory, which fully allows you to get acquainted with the new igroprom.
The desire for more multimedia could not affect the display. An optional Full HD IPS-panel (with an excellent resolution of 1920x1080 pixels) acquired a matte finish. The display has a high brightness of 350 cd / m2 and wide (178 °) viewing angles. The basic configuration includes an HD display with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels.

ZENBOOK UX32VD is equipped with third-generation mobile Intel Core processors, up to the Core i7 model, and its disk subsystem consists of a 24-gigabyte solid-state drive and a hard disk of up to 500 GB. Bang & Olufsen ICEPower audio system with SonicMaster technology provides high-quality sound, and USB 3.0 interface (with USB Charger + function for fast charging of mobile gadgets) serves for fast data transfer.

Like all ultrabooks of the ZENBOOK series, the new model has a metal case. The battery life of the UX32VD from the battery is up to 7 hours. In addition, this ultrabook is always ready to use, because it takes only a couple of seconds to get out of sleep mode, and in the sleep mode itself it can stay for up to two weeks (S3 mode) or even up to 200 days (S4 mode) without recharging.

The dimensions of the ultrabook 325 x 223 x 5.5 are ~ 9 mm, and the weight is 1.44 kg.

At the moment, ZENBOOK UX32VD is sold exclusively in the chain of stores “Bely Veter DIGITAL” at the price of 42 990 rubles. In the future, the device will be available in all sales channels.

All updated models of external hard drives will receive an extended warranty period - 36 months instead of 24.
