Errors when creating topics

When writing my first topic I encountered the following problems:

1) We write a topic the size of the screen, we do a preview, we write further. Click on the button "insert picture" fades the screen and that's it! A window with an invitation to download the file appears at the top of the invisible area, that is, you need to scroll up to see this invitation.
In a word, when the edited topic takes up more than one screen, when you click add a picture in front of us, the screen just fades.
IE7 Browser. OperE is the same. When creating a new topic, images are inserted.

2) Inserted two pictures into the topic, trying to insert a third in the status bar writes: “Done, but with errors”.
In this case, nothing happens: the links do not appear and the picture, respectively, too.

3) Just noticed:

You go to a personal page scroll down and see a bunch of SQL queries. Screen, for some reason I can’t insert it at all now.
