Skype is available in Windows Update.

On June 26, the installer for Skype version 5.9 was published in Windows Update. The update will be installed even on computers on which the previous version of the application is not installed. Check your WSUS.

Judging by the reports, the update will be installed only on client operating systems, that is, you should not worry about Windows Server.
