Andrei Filev is the founder of Wrike. Andrey founded his first company providing software development and IT consulting services at the age of 18, being a second year student at the Faculty of Mathematics. As a small organization rapidly developed into an international business with more than 100 employees, Andrei’s priorities shifted from development to project and team management. Based on his extensive personal experience with existing project management techniques and tools, he came to his own innovative product idea for effective team collaboration. This was the basis of the company Wrike, which Andrew created in 2006 after moving to Silicon Valley. Andrey not only deals with strategy, but also leads product development, which has now become indispensable for thousands of companies around the world, including world leaders such as Ecco, Kraft Foods and Deloitte.
