I personally lack the remote control function of the robot - it is often the case that some part of the room is littered more than others, but the robot still pays equal attention to all sectors. Yes, such a robot washes (or vacuums) fine, but if there is more dust / dirt in some part of the room, you have to manually rearrange the device.

IRobot has long been talking about the imminent implementation of the function of remote control of their devices, but only now the promises have been fulfilled. Model Roomba 790 (this is a "dry" vacuum cleaner) has got a remote control, with which you can send the robot exactly where it is most needed now.

On the remote there are several directional buttons, there is a large “Clean” button to get started. In addition, there is a button to set the time, plus a button to work with the schedule of the device. It is clear that there is a button that sends the robot to the docking station. The remote control is powered by conventional AA batteries.

The robot itself costs about 700 cu, this is the average price of most models from iRobot. Of course, there are more expensive models, there are cheaper ones. But usually, such a “middle class” does a good job of cleaning the apartment.
