Google turns off Meebo Messenger
Not so long ago there was news about Google’s acquisition of the Meebo project.
And here are the first decisions of Google on this project:
On July 11, 2012, Google decided to close Meebo Messenger and several related services.
It’s a pity, because this messenger on the iOS platform probably wasn’t equal to the ICQ protocol. For quite a long time many of us used this wonderful messenger. But let's hope that instead we will be offered something more interesting and functional.
