Google plans to expand outside the US

If you believe the reports on the Financial Times website, then Google plans to expand the headquarters of its employees by a third, and most of the new employees will work in Europe.

The search company plans to hire several thousand developers in Europe to create a research and development team in this region that is comparable in size to the team in the United States.

In confirmation of the information, Financial Times quotes the words of Nelson Mattos, the new head of the development center in Europe: “I strive to make the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) development team - Europe, Africa and the Middle East) as large as in the USA. That's why I took this position. ”

The planned expansion will take place over three years, again, according to the Financial Times. In fairness it should be noted that Google has not received any official information about this.
