iOS 6 beta is available for download to developers.
This afternoon Apple promises to lay out iOS6 beta for developers. The official release will take place in the fall, but developers will get a system in advance to adapt their applications to new APIs and explore more than 200 new features that Apple has built into iOS 6.

App Banners for websites: by clicking on a banner in the browser, iOS automatically installs the corresponding application on the device
New maps with 3D-interface instead of Google Maps
Safari browser with the integration of all devices, so that you can open the page on your computer and continue surfing the iPad
Saving web pages entirely for further reading offline
Updated email client with VIP contacts
New call / SMS mode with reminder, Do Not Disturb mode
FaceTime works in a cellular network, receives incoming calls to a phone number (due to the unification of the phone number and Apple ID)
Deep Facebook integration: Facebook friends' birthdays added to calendar
Siri has learned several new languages and is integrated with several car systems, can run applications, publish tweets, speak sports results; now works on iPad
