3 months internship in Silicon Valley

Good news for Russian startups who are thinking about entering the Western market.

The largest Silicon Valley accelerator, Plug and Play since June has helped European, including Russian, start-ups to enter the global market.
Plug and Play, their investment partner, the Global Venture Alliance , and we, start-up factory Glavstart, will give one of Russian startups $ 100,000 ($ 75,000 in investment in the project and $ 25,000, including an internship) and be sent to Silicon Valley for three months.

Rules of participation

1. To participate you need to send an application to idea@glavstart.ru with the subject of the letter: “Plug and Play”.
2. In the application you need to talk about your team, leave contacts for communication and attach a presentation of your project (the presentation may be in Russian), from which it will become clear - why your project should conquer the global market.
3. Applications are accepted until 22.00 on June 19.
4. June 20 will be named 5 finalists.
5. On June 25, at the opening of the Plug & Play technology center in Moscow, Said Amidi, the founder of Plug & Play, will choose from 5 finalists a project that will go on a 3-month internship in Silicon Valley. The remaining finalists will receive useful prizes / investments / gifts.

Requirements for startups

• good knowledge of English
• working prototype
• potential scalability of business in the US and international markets (projects focused only on the Russian market, or having strong counterparts in the US are almost / are not considered)
• valid passport
