I decided to share my experience.
Actual for projects that provide opportunities for users to keep blogs on the site.
Rating of services is located at

')
Briefly, what is the rating of services
Rating services - a list of the most popular services for bloggers - sites that help you create and maintain your blog and blogging programs on your site.
The list is updated daily and contains, in addition to a link to the site, the number of messages created by Russian-speaking users of this service for yesterday. The number of posts is calculated using the blog search data, does not take into account the number of non-public posts, and therefore may differ from our own service statistics.
To participate in the rating, you must do the following:
Make valid rss for blogs
Each blog should have its own valid (correct from the point of view of the RSS standard) RSS presentation, i.e. Each RSS should successfully validate here -
http://feedvalidator.org/ and here -
http://rss.scripting.com/ . And yet, on each main page of the blog there should be a link (button) to its RSS-representation.
An example of a valid rss for blogs can be viewed at
http://www.dkvartal.ru/
Post new blog entries
Send messages about each new record using the Weblogs.Ping protocol (description
can be found here -
http://www.xmlrpc.com/weblogsCom ) at
ping.blogs.yandex.ru/RPC2
Pings with links should be done on the RSS-representation of the blog or on the journal’s “HTML face”, like this -
http://dkvartal.ru/eldar/
A description of the mechanism for monitoring pings from Yandex is here
http://ping.blogs.yandex.ru/
