Release Notepad ++ 6.1.3

Version 6.1.3 was released on May 28th.

Major changes:

- fixed performance issue when extracting XML tags containing active links;
- when opening 200+ files, the user will receive a warning (you will not be upset);
- fixed error when moving a cloned document;
- Fixed problem of doubleclick on the project with its subsequent movement;
- Fixed a bug in which the argument contained an empty string ("");
- Fixed the problem with the disappearance of the mouse cursor (right click when moving the project).
