The Japanese company Softbank (the third largest mobile operator in this country) presented an interesting mobile phone model with a radiation level measurement sensor. In general, in this country, and not only here, such phones should be quite popular. The phone, according to the developer, comes as part of the Pantone line.
The characteristics of the device fully comply with the requirements of the user's average hand. There is a 4 MP camera, wireless modules Wi-Fi, GPS. Plus, the phone has a body protected from water and dust. The operating system uses Android 4.0 OS.

The model was named Sharp Pantone 5 107SH, and it will be sold only in Japan so far. Unfortunately, the cost of the device is unknown, but sales are scheduled for July, so the price will show up soon.
As for radiation, the phone can pick up a range of 0.05 to 9.99 microsievert / hour. It would be interesting if the manufacturers of mobile devices also supplied various kinds of sensors connected to the main module. For example, a nitratomer, or a mini-weather station, or something else like that. Probably, such solutions already exist, but not very well known.
Well, a phone with a built-in dosimeter will obviously be in demand, what do you think?
