The court ordered Rostechregulirovanie to provide free access to state standards

The St. Petersburg City Court confirmed the decision obliging the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rostechregulirovanie) to provide free access to state standards (GOSTs). This was reported by the press service of the non-profit organization Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information , on whose suit the case was considered.

At a meeting on June 8, the St. Petersburg City Court refused to allow Rostechregulirovanie to appeal against the decision of the Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg of February 20, 206, according to which Rostechregulirovanie was ordered to provide free access to the guests by publishing them on the Internet. In addition, the city court made changes to the court of first instance clarifying nature. In particular, the city court indicated that the standards should be published precisely on the official Rostechregulirovania website, and not on the websites of the organizations subordinated to this agency.
