Radio "Echo of Moscow" reports that today (May 25, 2012) in Tyumen, a presentation and official opening of the regional network of free access to the Internet - " Tyumen . Free ". Now in the parks and squares of the city there are twenty-two Wi-Fi access points , but by July 1, they plan to open another thirty-two - in cultural centers, in leisure centers, in medical institutions, in sports and youth organizations, and also in station buildings.



For the implementation of this project from the Tyumen regional budget allocated 5 million rubles.

Judging by the text of the news, the free wifi network is conceived as regional, but so far its implementation is limited to Tyumen alone.
