Facebook launches its photo sharing application. Instagram has nothing to do with it
On May 24, Facebook introduced its own application under the iOS photo-sharing platform called Facebook Camera . The application still has the following functionality: it can apply filters, mark friends on a photo and attach geodata to a photo. As noted, the application was developed in-house, without the participation of the Instagram team. Let me remind you that in April facebook bought Instagram — a service with similar functionality and an audience of 30 million people. Why create a competitor to the service in their property - is not yet clear. No data on the interaction or integration of services yet. Download the application by the link. So far it is available only in English, the translated versions are planned to be released within a few weeks. via TechCrunch
