The competition is held by analogy with a recent competition for the platform iOS.

It is required to create an instant messenger using the VKontakte API, supporting Android from 2.1 and higher within the specified functionality and design (graphics is provided) for all screen resolutions, with support for the Russian and English interfaces. Aesthetics and speed are evaluated: loading, opening dialogs, sending messages, smooth animations.
