Improvement suggestion: translations

Inspired by today's update (and the promptness of the bugfix that followed it), I would like to draw Habr's attention to another long-standing trouble of the interface - the designation of topic transfers. Yes, they are now marked with image , but nobody sees this badge, does not notice, does not understand and does not approve. As a result, there are accusations of plagiarism, requirements for attribution, accusations of not understanding the Habr interface, plums of the topic \ karma of the author \ karma of the accuser, unnecessary excuses and stupid otgavkivaniya - in general, a solid negative.
This happens in virtually every topic translation. Here are a couple of links with examples:

Suggestion: let's highlight the topic-translation explicitly, with the word “translation”, which can be written as it is now written “from the sandbox”.

This will not break the overall design of the site, will require 15 minutes to implement and will save dozens of man-hours pouring mud at each other in the comments.

PS The second sentence is to count correctly the number of characters in the post and not to show the message “You have 1920 characters in your post, you need to put a habrakat”, if there are really only 960 significant characters in the post, and the rest are links and pictures (the text of their tags will not be visible to the user) and should not be taken into account in the total number of characters), otherwise it turns out such nonsense in the design of topics, like this one, when you need to install a habrakat, but there is nothing to write after it.
