Poll to the article on Habré “How much does the copyright holder need?” + APDATE

I decided to continue the topic and with the help of a survey of interested persons to conduct some analysis of one of the possible (in the author's opinion) methods for solving the problem of piracy on the network.

The survey is conducted in the continuation of the article " How much does the copyright holder need? "
and is designed to help determine the possibility and prospects for legalizing the distribution of media content of a certain quality in the network on a mandatory free basis.
Additionally, let us try to determine the ultimate quality of the content (format, bitrate, etc.), below which the content automatically becomes free, and its free distribution in the network becomes legal and can no longer be subject to any claims from the right holders to distributors or consumers.

Any suggestions on the topic in general and in form and composition of the questionnaire in particular are gratefully accepted.

To the survey HERE:

Note:
If you think (answer the question) that the book (or media content in principle) cannot be distributed online to any quality free of charge, then you don’t have to choose the minimum formats later, it spoils the statistics - answer "None / Never".

Update 1:

Link to the description of the video parameters and different typical bitrates (at the request of the participant).

Update 2:

Survey results HERE .
In a week I will clean up the base of answers for incorrect and obvious stuffing.
At first glance, now there are no more than 10% of such (blank lines that contradict each other, incompatible formats, etc.).

Preliminary results:
Free (free) media - to be!
Format (no better than) - (Video: h.264, 1000 kbit / s, 640x480; Audio: MP3, 128 kbit / s).

Free (free) books - to be!
Format (no better than) - TXT (plain text, no pictures).
