New "gift" in the legislation on PD

A draft federal law “On Amendments to the Administrative Code” appeared on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development . Article 13.11 (and Sub-article 13.111) establishes liability for violation of the rules for PD processing. From now on, the penalty for violation has been raised to 1,000,000 rubles, the statute of limitations for these offenses extended from 3 months to one year.
