Beeline fell? Again?

For more than two hours the Beeline mobile network has been lying. The truth is not that completely - calls pass through Moscow, but not to the regions. When you call the call-center, the answering machine informs you that “Temporary restrictions on the provision of communication services are now being observed”, after that, if you're lucky, you can hear the operator after five minutes, if not, then the call will simply end.
Calls from Skype to Beeline numbers in the regions do not pass.
