RBC daily reports (and Lenta.Ru reprints ) that the Swedish shareholders of Tele2 will sell their business in Russia if they do not receive a license for 4G. The potential buyer is named Rostelecom.

This news ( refuted by Tele2 ) is a provocation capable of turning “if” into “when”: the licenses will certainly not be given when not only the “big three” will be interested, but also Rostelecom.
