
I share my little “research” of SaaS CRM-systems. This is the second version of the study - extended and expanded. The first version was posted on my Facebook page, comments on which helped improve the review.
For a start-up project, we are looking for a suitable CRM system that will allow us to identify the most active paying customers (find our Pareto principle), do cross-sales, improve service, track sales and customer status (new, outgoing, falling asleep, etc.). a system that allows real-time input of sales information and tracking dynamics: simple, clear, inexpensive.
The data are taken from the official descriptions on the site, samples of the demo version and telephone consultation with technical support services.
This study included fifteen CRM systems, thirteen reached the final. WORKetc and TeamWox fell out of the review, because Most of the required parameters were not found in the demo versions, and we could not reach technical support.

In each of the considered CRM there is a functional:• Transaction Management

Some CRM have their own features:- AmoCRM allows you to tag reports
- BPMonline requires Silverlight installation
- FreshOffice at the beta stage, all data taken from the words of their consultant on the phone. We tried to enter the demo version for a week, but it did not work out because of the dampness of the system.
As a result, Asoft CRM, BPMonline from Terrasoft and Megaplan lead in all important parameters for us. AmoCRM is leading in terms of simplicity and convenience of the interface. But if you remove the subjective parameters “Clarity of the interface” and “Convenience of the interface”, then only BPMonline remains in the top.
The systems have not yet been tested in combat conditions and we will be happy to hear recommendations / shortcomings of the CRM systems used by habrovchane. Who recommends what kind of CRM for personal sales?
