Given the great interest of the IT community in this incident, I am writing the current status.

Examination completed. To my advantage. Computers returned. The prosecution against me is discontinued.

The experts found the Shadow World source codes and fermer.mobi source codes on my computers and concluded that they differ in a bunch of signs. They also concluded that both projects use the same java + wicket + hibernate technology, and the presence of identical fragments in the code is largely due to the fact that the same tools were used to develop both programs.
