Execution can not be pardoned?

While I was mastered with all these pluses, minuses and other polls, I accidentally put a minus on two excellent habratopics, and all because I missed because of my damn little mouse on the right arrow. As a result, I throw the idea to the authors of Habr: it would be cool if I could change my opinion about habra-opic or habracomment. At least once. And, as it seems to me, it would be useful not only in my case. Thank.
