HeadHunter and Digital Sky Technologies bought at 20% Free-lance.ru
HeadHunter and the direct investment fund Digital Sky Technologies each acquired a 20% stake in the Free-lance.ru project, a leader in remote work services.
Negotiations between the partners were quite long, and as a result an agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation was signed. The personnel portal HeadHunter and the Digital Sky Technologies foundation saw the great potential of the Free-lance.ru resource and decided to invest in its further development.
