Django Repository Moved to GitHub

OK, it's live!

On April 28, Adrian Holovaty reported on the Django developer mailing list that the main code repository was moved to GitHub. From this point on, commits to subversion are no longer accepted. Trac will still be used as a bugtracker, but pull requests using GitHub are highly welcome. Hooray!
