Google News got Google+ integration

The search giant has updated its news aggregator (so far only in the US), adding blocks of relevant information from Google+. This information is added in real time, that is, when relevant information appears on an article with Google News on the social network Google+, this information appears immediately under the Google News.

In addition to articles, comments are added, but not everyone, of course, but only those related to the article (the journalist who wrote the article, or the persons mentioned in the article itself on Google News). Thus, users of the news aggregator get relevant information read in real time. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, while this update is available only for US residents (oh, these restrictions ...).

Information blocks with Googe + are shown only for users who are logged into Google News and Google+ at the same time. If desired, the appearance of such information can be disabled, it is done by simply setting the appropriate option in the aggregator settings.

The announced update will gradually appear in all users of Google News from the USA during the week. It is a pity that it is not yet clear when the corporation is going to introduce this update for other regions. In general, the idea is not bad - and I would like to check how it all works. Fortunately, if you do not like it, you can easily turn off.
