Nokia has filed in the courts of the United States and Germany on the three major companies with the requirement to respect intellectual property.

“Many of these developments are key in Nokia products. We want other companies to respect our intellectual property and compete with our own innovations. And this step demonstrates that we will not tolerate the unauthorized use of our inventions. ”
Patents relate to such developments as a dual antenna, power management, application store, multitasking, navigation, displaying correspondence, dynamic menus, data encryption, restoration of email attachments and others.
