OpenMoko - update site

The site www.openmoko.org finally updated. So the work is on. Although, in Russia, still, do not send.
So:
- there was a Russian-language section on the Wiki , in particular, the FAQ / en
- tester reviews appeared on planet.openmoko.org + some press reviews
- added a description of the interface Qtopia /.


In addition, information about Phase 2 appeared :

GTA02 is currently being redesigned (September 2007) to determine the optimal GPS chipset and other details. (Source: IRC - mickeyl)

After that, it will be distributed among a small number of select developers.

If the tests are successful, the device will go on sale, (with mass-market to follow if software is unready.)

* Sep 20 - GTA02v3 final version.
* Oct 20 - GTA02v3 sample produced and sent to select developers.
* Nov 20 - GTA02v3 sample tested with developers.
* Dec 10 - GTA02v3 release in limited quantities.
* Dec 20 - GTA02v3 shipping
* Dec 25 - GTA02v3 admission
