A little background.
The small configuration server on Scalaxy
serves as a task tracker, build server and artifact storage for my personal pet-project. Besides me, 5 more people know about its existence, only I regularly use it. After a two-week absence from work abroad, I went to the Scalaxy admin panel and found the following entry:

No notifications on mail, phone or where else did not arrive. I just went to the admin area and saw that the server was turned off. Attempts to include led to one result:

A ticket was immediately created. Quite promptly received a response asking to try to load the server in single mode. It was not easy - he spontaneously rebooted, to catch the moment when he was online to press the “turn off” button, you still had to manage. Single mode did not help, as I reported on the same ticket. Again, the prompt response was:

Of course, I don’t think about any compensation, there were personal services on the server that did not bring profit. “Copying data that is not damaged” sounds like it is not optimistic that I would spend my time on it. Moreover, apart from the Redmine base, there is nothing that is not restored - bitbucket slanted, cloned and scored. It’s a pity, however, a customized system, a Redmine database, a customized Jenkins, an Artifactory and everything else.
The reimbursement specialist did not even try to contact me "on this application."
But the most interesting thing: until you enter the admin area or somehow you don’t turn to the server (ssh for example), it’s considered online and the money is withdrawn.
One question - I associate the cloud, among other things, with resiliency and stability. Am I so wrong? After all, it could be someone loaded production server.

PS: The post was intended for "I resent." There is no limit to my surprise - to write a post in a thematic hub I have enough karma, and to write a post in a hub-offtopic ...
