Not very serious, but curious service Klouchebag allows you to quickly assess the activity of the follower on Twitter on several grounds that make up the rating of ARSE, whose meaning can be read in Wikipedia. However, according to the author of the service, he actually meant ARSE (Anger, Retweets, Social Apps, English Usage).
The point is simple: you are asked to enter a twitter account name in the form, after which the service will rate the tape by the following parameters:
Total, the more points, the more “tupizm” (asshattery) of the user - the maximum you can score 100 points.
